Our mission is to ignite creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork in children by offering hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, while also promoting healthy eating habits. We believe every child has the potential to become a lifelong learner, and we aim to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment where curiosity and innovation flourish. Rachels Story
Building a Bright Future
In 2016, Rachel made the move to College Station, Texas, to join her now-husband, Chase, and start a new chapter in her life. With a strong passion for working with children and a background in dance, she quickly found her place in the community by teaching dance classes to young children throughout preschools in the Bryan/College Station area. Her energy, creativity, and genuine love for kids made her a natural fit in every preschool she stepped into.
But Rachel’s journey didn’t stop there.
What began as part-time work soon turned into a calling. She transitioned into a role as an infant teacher, where she discovered a deeper purpose in shaping the lives of young children during their most critical developmental years. Her commitment, leadership, and dedication quickly propelled her into management, and before long, she earned the role of Director.
Although life has taken Rachel through many roles and experiences, her heart has always led her back to one mission: sculpting the future of America in any way she can.
When the vision for Innovative Minds Preschool was born, Rachel and Chase knew it was the perfect way to bring their passion to life. They are excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to continuing their journey—pouring into children, families, and the future, one day at a time.
