Frequently Asked Questions
1. What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, with classrooms designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group.
2. What curriculum do you use?
Our preschool follows a STEAM-based curriculum enriched with Spanish and American Sign Language. Lessons are hands-on, age-appropriate, and designed to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
3. How do I enroll my child?
You can start the process by giving us a call, emailing or visiting us in person. We recommend scheduling a tour so you can see our classrooms, meet our staff, and ask any questions before securing your child’s spot.
4. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
5. Do you provide meals?
Yes! We serve nutritional, tree nut–free lunches, and 3 snacks daily, following a monthly rotating menu that meets USDA guidelines.
6. How do you communicate with parents during the day?
We use the Brightwheel app to send daily updates, photos, and important messages so you can stay connected with your child’s day in real time.
7. What safety measures are in place?
Our school is secured with a keypad entry system, indoor and outdoor cameras, CPR/First Aid certified staff, and strict pick-up authorization procedures.
8. What is your sick policy?
Children must be fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school. We follow state health guidelines to help keep all children and staff healthy.
9. How do you handle allergies?
We are a tree nut–free facility. All allergies must be documented on your child’s enrollment forms, and for diagnosed allergies, a physician’s signature is required along with an action plan.
10. What should my child bring each day?
We recommend bringing a change of clothes, any comfort items for naptime, diapers/wipes if needed, and weather-appropriate outerwear. Teachers will let you know about any special items for projects or events.
